I have tried many different times before to get healthily/ lose weight, but it’s always felt so hard & overwhelming.
This has really felt like a lifestyle change, I now understand how to actually implement stuff i knew about food and exercise around my life, it’s been lovely to not be feel like im on a diet, just to be making better choices that make me feel better.
The support is amazing, but not felt overwhelming, i don’t feel like a failure if I’ve had a day of enjoying some chocolate, i just enjoy a normal amount and move on, before i would of given up and eat the box of chocolates!
I’ve not felt judged, and it’s been so refreshing to see am not the only person in the world needing to of reset.

Absolutely amazing programme!
I have loved every day of it and couldn’t recommend it more!
I have often thought about doing more coaching but have always dismissed it due to the financial investment but this has proved to me how important it is to focus on yourself, get support and a tailored programme to follow.
