Let's break it down: 

Week 1: Lifestyle Audit

  • Most people dive head first into a plan without taking stock of where they currently are, so this is what we will do in Video 1.

  • We will look at your current nutrition, steps & workout habits & set some new realistic targets from there. 

  • And so you actually stick to it this time, we will get clear on why you are here, so you can come back to it during the tough times. 

Week 2: Nail the Basics

  • Once Week 1 is done, we will look at what to tweak (and what not to)

  • Chat through how to know if your plan is working

  • Dive deeper into Calorie quality & protein, weights you are using etc so you can build from here

Week 3: Avoid the Plateau

  • What to do when the scales stall

  • How to spot progress beyond weight

  • and how to stay consistent even when motivation dips

Week 4: Think Long Term

  • How to actually keep the fat off this time 

  • When is enough enough 

  • How do we move away from tracking, live at maintenance and build tone & definition without getting bulky
