I struggled with infertility for many years, before joining Team Lift, the NHS told me I was too overweight to receive any fertility treatment, my husband and I were heartbroken but I was keen to do something about it. Initial Consultation Call

If you are ever going to truly stick to something long term it needs to be realistic to your lifestyle which is why every client goes through a detailed onboarding process from consultation form to video call, which will allow us to get to know you as a person & ensure we set you up for success from our first conversation. This is what makes us different, everything is personal to you & we care about getting to know you as a person from the start!

Weekly Accountability Check In 

What most people are lacking when it comes to their fitness journeys is accountability, this is why we will ask you to check in on a weekly basis with your coach. This is to have someone in your corner and help you with struggles that often lead to giving up if you were doing this alone. We will provide personal feedback via voice note, celebrate progress, make adjustments where needed & to answer any questions you may have in more detail.

We want to change that, we will give you a personal calories and macro target that still allows you to lose weight WITHOUT feeling miserable and starving. 

But it's not just about the calorie target, we want to educate you on how to use those calories properly and make the most out of your diet.

That's why every training programme is built specifically around you.Whether you prefer training at home or in the gym, have three days available or five, we'll create a plan that feels realistic and achievable alongside everything else you've got going on.

Your workouts will be delivered through the Trainerize app, giving you a clear structure to follow, exercise demonstrations, progress tracking and one less thing to think about each day. Just a clear plan designed to help you get stronger, fitter and more confident whilst fitting around your real life.
