Welcome to our Brand New Program - 'The Mindful Method'!
In our last 4 years we have had 100's of women sign up to coaching to lose fat, but when we got working with them on a 1-1 basis we often found the number 1 reason they weren't getting the results they wanted was because of their relationship with food.
This often meant we had to step away from the fat loss goal temporarily & work closely with them to change their habits when it came to food first & after seeing such great results, we decided to create a program that did exactly this.
The Mindful Method is a premium 1-1 coaching program where you will work directly with a coach over a 24 week period to undo your limiting beliefs around food, improve your emotional eating & feel ready to enter a fat loss phase to lose weight without your relationship with food keeping you stuck in a cycle of being on and off diets.

How does it work?
Onboarding & Initial Consultation: Everyone's struggles/relationship with food is different, therefore we know it is not a one size fits all approach which is why the first step of the program is designed to get to know you as a person - you will recieve an indepth initial consultation video call with your coach so they can get to know you, your struggles & ultimately build a plan of action personal to you as an individual.
Personal Plan of Action & Weekly Workshops: From here we can go away and put your plan into action, you will receive a personalised nutrition target & workout plan & for the first 8 weeks weekly workshops & tasks to work through in your own time. These have been specifically designed to get you thinking about your relationship with food, but more importantly give you actionable & simple next steps each week to work towards so you can start making progress & changing your mindset once & for all.
Support & Accountability: We can give you the plan, but the most important part of coaching is the support because we know how hard it is constantly trying to do it alone! For the first 8 weeks you will receive a Bi weekly Call with your coach to help you directly with any struggles you are having & keep you accountable to the workshop tasks set. There will also be check ins for the week there isn't a call with personal feedback so you are getting the support you need on a weekly basis.
Your coach is also available via the app any time for support/questions.
Next Steps: The initial 8 weeks will equip you with all the tools & support you need to enable you move to the second phase of the program. For the next 16 weeks you will focus on taking what you have learned & work with your coach to implement it into real life scenarios.
Calls will remain bi weekly, with a check in between

As this is such a premium service we are only offering FIVE spaces initially as we want to ensure each woman gets the support that they need. Each Coach will work directly with Laura as she is the expert when it comes to his stuff!!
