' I joined LIFT this year and I have seen results I could only have dreamed of from years of fad dieting, slimming clubs and doing the wrong type of training in the gym! Lucy is more than “just a coach”.... it’s the endless support in all things nutrition, mood lifting, training and so much more, that sets her apart! The community is brilliant too, and the care Lucy takes to keep us all motivated and the weekly lives are so valuable and get us all supporting each other! What is Project Lift?

Project LIFT is an online group coaching program designed by me, using the LIFT methods and ethos  for those who are wanting to live a healthier and happier lifestyle physically and mentally alongside getting RESULTS! Whether thats losing fat, building muscle or simply wanting to feel better in yourself, it will educate and support you to achieve your goals LONG TERM with an approach that is realistic for YOU, WITHOUT restriction.

My aim is to uplift your eating habits, teach you to train with confidence/ and lift your mindset along the way.

A consultation form will be sent out to you to set your goals and allow me to get to know you better so I can set you up for success from the start.
