My job as a Personal Trainer is to equip you with the tools you need and to guide you from where you are now to where you want to be.


Here at LIFT we do things differently. Whilst your average personal trainer will leave you to it after your session that week, LIFT designs a Training and Nutrition plan that sets you up for success beyond those sessions, and in your every-day life.


You can find me for support, only ever a click away through the online app 7 days a week.


The journey begins! We have an initial consultation around your history, current lifestyle and goals that will enable me to build a Nutrition and Training Plan, specifically for you.

Calories and macros are all calculated specific to your goals, alongside recipe ideas. Alternatively, I can prepare you a meal plan based on preferences and dietary requirements.

Setting you up for success from the start, your Guidebook contains everything that you will need to know to get started.

I’m there to answer all of your questions quickly and effectively, via a messenger 7 days a week.

 I’ll guide your form to ensure that exercises are being performed safely and correctly, at our in-person sessions and in response to any video requests sent to me via the app.

4 week cycle

All face to face sessions at a bolt on cost of £20 per hour.

All face to face sessions are purchased in addition to our standard package rates. Your standard package includes full online support, as detailed in full above. Face to face sessions can be purchased on a pay-as-you-go basis, at an hourly rate of £20. Sessions can be purchased as a bolt-on to your standard package at any time throughout your cycle. These rates are only available for those already committed to our online plan. We want to give you the flexibility and control to determine the support you receive throughout your fitness journey.
